Eligibility
This course is intended for individuals of legal drinking age (18 years or older in Australia and New Zealand). It is designed for hospitality professionals and those with a genuine interest in sake education.


Responsible Consumption of Alcohol
This course teaches the appreciation, service, and cultural context of sake — an alcoholic beverage. eVersity supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol at all times. Nothing in this course should be taken as encouragement to consume alcohol to excess or in any unlawful manner.


Scope of Certification
This is a foundational, beginner-level course delivered in partnership with the Sake Sommelier Association®. Completion recognises engagement with introductory sake knowledge. It is not equivalent to, and should not be represented as, the Sake Sommelier Association's professional Sommelier qualification or any accredited certification offered directly by the Association.
