Subject Access Closure Notification
Please be advised that student access to subjects for the following semester periods has now been officially closed:
- Semester 1, 2023–2024
- Semester 2, 2023–2024
- Semester 1, 2024–2025
- Semester 2, 2024–2025
However, please note that teachers may continue marking assessments that were submitted on or before 15 July 2025.
Students who have been marked as completed will receive their certificates once the second audit has been finalised.

A GENTLE REMINDER TO ALL FATIMANIAN'S
Closing of Semester 1, 2025–2026
All students must ensure they complete their enrolled PACE subject/s, answer and submit all assessments on or before the semester closing and within the allowable 45-day extension period, as no further extension will be granted after this.
ALL FIRST YEAR STUDENTS (PACE 1)
Semester officially ends: 13 December 2025
Allowable 45-days extension ends: 27 January 2026
Student access closes: 28 January 2026
ALL SECOND TO FOURTH YEAR STUDENTS
Semester officially ends: 20 December 2025
Allowable 45-days extensions: 3 February 2026
Student access closes: 4 February 2026
We encourage all students to begin engaging with their subjects as early as possible to ensure timely completion of all assessments and maximize learning opportunities.
